Maybe you have been praying about the same wound for years.
Trusting God's timing. Forgiving the people who hurt you. Doing the devotionals. Attending the services. Believing that if you just kept the faith, the peace would finally come.
And it is still there at 3 AM.
Not because your faith is small. Not because you have not tried hard enough. But because there is something in your body that prayer alone was not designed to fully reach.
And the thought that comes with that is frightening:
"If 20 years of faith hasn't healed this, what will?"
Take Five is not the whole answer. It is the beginning of one.
Five minutes a day. Private. Simple. A gentle, repeated practice of safety until your nervous system starts to learn something different from what the wound has been telling it for decades.
That is where healing begins.
